Abstract
Objective To observe the sedation and amnesia function of Midazolam and Propofol in coloproctological operation by lumbar epidural analgesia. Methods Divide the 66 cases into group A and B at random with Midazolam and Propofol respectively, observe the sedation and amnesia function, and the variation of blood pressure, heart rate and respiration. Results Two groups show no significant difference through comparision(P0.05).The amnesia rate of group B is lower than group A.Conclusion Both Midazolam and Propofol, have effective sedation function, but midazolam does well in amnesia function additionally.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
