Aimed at the characteristics of coal enterprises,according to the basic principle of circular economy,the construction of circular economy mode of coal enterprises was discussed in the following aspects,such as the exploitation of coal and symbiotic resources,optimal allocation of coal chemical industry,recycle and reuse of wastes etc..
