Abstract

Though mineral resources is outstanding in Yunnan province,it have not changed into promoted economic and development advantages.This paper analyzed several typical ecological disaster events selected from central and southeast Yunnan Province where concentrated most mining industry of Yunnan province.Ecological compensation problems were concluded from law,management,tax,and policy mechanism.At last,several corresponding suggestions were proposed.
