On Legal Issues about School Sports Injury Accident in China

Abstract
The paper discusses legal issues such as responsibility verification and compensation after sports injury accident in school in order to provide rules and legal basis for similar cases in the future.The results have show n that school is the compensator in most cases.For a better solution,the author offers proposals such as perfecting compensation responsibility mechanism,including compensation in social security system,establishing compensation fund and Liability Limit System.Only the joint efforts of parents,school,government and society can solve the problem of sports injury accident,w hich w ill guarantee the safety of students and regular order in school.
