Abstract

Objective To study the chemical constituents from Feijingcao.Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel and sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,their structures were determined using spectroscopic analysis.Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as daucosterol(Ⅰ),Apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅱ),5-hydroxy-7,3',4'-methoxy flavone(Ⅲ),n-Butyl-D-fructofuranoside(Ⅳ),3-methoxy-4-hydroxy benzaldehyde(Ⅴ),3,4-dihydroxy benzaldehyde(Ⅵ).Conclusion All compounds were isolated from Feijingcao for the first time.
