On the Sports Function of Drum-Dancing Culture of Miao Minority in Southeast Guizhou Province

There is rich and profound culture of drum dance of Miao Minority in Miao and Dong autonomous prefecture of southeast Guizhou province,(hereinafter it refers to southeast Guizhou Province) and it has great local national characteristics.From the aspect of national and traditional sports culture,the author of the paper intends to make study on the sports function of wooden-drum dance,copper-drum dance and the dance of stepping drum which are representatives of southeast Guizhou Province.The paper makes a detailed analysis of the sports functions oriented to drum dance of Miao Minority,such as the benefits of exercise,physical and mental pleasure,public popularity and social communication,etc.
