Study on Comparison of Leisure Tourism and Ecotourism

Starting with the connotations of leisure tourism and ecotourism, introduced conceptions and characteristics of the two modes and discussed the common grounds and relationship between them. Then gave further analysis to the differences between leisure tourism and ecotourism from different points. The differences included tourism generation background, tourism motivation, time, place and service that the two tourism activities need, social functions, features of outing people and so on. Finally, pointed out the attention on how to choose the two tourism modes, including tourism market positioning according to the features of the tourism destination, tourism planning based on the features of the tourist resources and so on.
