Abstract
The definition and meaning of transaction mechanism are elaborated as well as the functions of transaction mechanism.From the viewpoint of transaction cost the rationality of transaction mechanism is analyzed.According to the shortages of traditional engineering transaction mechanism DBB some new engineering exchange mode,which is significant to saving transaction cost and increasing engineering efficiency.
