On the Basic Connotation and Operation Models for Crime Prevention and Control System

Abstract
The public security represents a guarantee for maintaining stable social order.Various social prevention and control powers should be integrated to construct criminal activities-oriented system for crime prevention and control so that illegal criminal activities would be strictly controlled and public security problems solved.To ensure of the effective operation of the system,multi-agent involvement models and various effective prevention and control measures should be adopted in crime prevention and control,integrating long objective with realistic objective.
