Comparative analysis of cyclic economy and market economy

Based on the comparative analysis,the relationship between the cyclic economy and the market economy is discussed.It is regarded that the market economy is the basis of the cyclic economy,the development of the cyclic economy should obey the basic laws of the market economy,and at the same time,the cyclic economy is the scientific mode for the realization of the sustainable development of the market economy.Finally,some countermeasures are put forward,that is,improvement of technical innovation,establishment of rational industrial structure,and promotion of regulations and laws,etc.
