Abstract

With a perspective of Marxist philosophy,the scientific outlook on development embodies the philosophical principle of knowing and analysing problems with an view of wholeness.And the scientific outlook on development follows the historical materialism,especially its concepts of human-oriented and scientific development.Furthermore,the scientific outlook on development is an inheritance and development of Marxism,Mao Zedong Thoughts,Deng Xiaoping's Theories,and the important thought of Three Represents.
