Abstract
Security is the essential demand of multicast applications,to which a secure and efficient multicast key management scheme is the key. According to the analysis of the security demand of multicast communication,a multicast key management scheme based on key matrix is proposed. The scheme makes use of key pair for rekeying and is suitable for the demand of network,of which the topology dynamically changes and the bandwidth is limited.By compared with the scheme of multicast key management such as LKH and lolus in communication overhead, key storage and computation complexity, this scheme is much better.
