Research on guarantee measures and path of interactive relation among industrialization, agriculture modernization and Urbanization in the Midwest Region

Interactive relation among industrialization,agriculture modernization and urbanization is the important issue for the Midwest region,which is related with the agriculture development,rural economic and farmer,and is the key factor for a well-off society in an all-round way.The paper analyses the problems of the coordinated development of both the urban and rural areas in Midwest region relying on industrialization,agriculture industrialization or urbanization alone,and makes an investigation of construction of new socialist countryside in Hua xian.Based on the analysis and investigation,the paper put forwards path of interactive relation among industrialization,agriculture industrialization and urbanization,which includes transfers of land and county labor,corpora ting village and saving land,attracting migrant worker return to home to start businesses.Finally,the paper puts forward measures to guarantee the effective implementation of interactive relation among industrialization,agriculture industrialization and urbanization.
