An Overview of Methods for Concurrent Program Slicing

Abstract
With the increasing requirement of concurrent software in practical application and the increasing application of concurrent programs,the study of program slicing is no longer limited to sequential programs,and the study of concurrent program slicing is more and more popular.However,there are still many difficulties to be solved in studying concurrent program slicing for the unpredictable executing of statements.In this paper,firstly the methods of concurrent program slicing and their primary properties are introduced.Then these methods of concurrent program slicing are compared and analyzed.The results show that it is impossible for the concurrent program slicing with efficiency and precision to the ideal goal,so only the balance between the two can be obtained.Finally the application of concurrent program slicing is introduced.
