Abstract
Desulfurization additive has been extensively investigated in short-term studies. However,the long-term research is rarely reported for the wet limestone gypsum Flue Gas Desulfurization of thermal power plants.In this manuscript,hexanedioic acid was used as the main component of the desulfurization additives.The long-term effect of the additive on the desulfurization efficiency and auxiliary power consumption rate of thermal power plant were investigated,and its influence on the chemical composition of the gypsum and waste water was studied.
