Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinicopathologic features, immunohistochemical features and prognosis of primary ileum anaplastic large cell lymphoma. Methods:A case of primary ileum anaplastic large cell lymphoma was studied by the means of histological observation and immunohistochemistry, and discussed with the related literatures. Results:Anaplastic large cell lymphoma displayed diversity in histology. The immunohistochemical results of CD30,CD45RO,CK and EMA were positive. Conclusion:The anaplastic large cell lymphoma occurring in the ileum is very rare. Its morphology and immunophenotype are special in some features. Furthermore, the favorable prognosis is gained. However,It differs from other types of lymphoma.
