Abstract
High molecular weight bisphenol-A polycarbonate was respectively synthesized by solid state polycondensation with amorphous and crystalline bisphenol-A polycarbonate pre-polymer,and the products were characterized by GPC,FT-IR SEM and DSC.The influences of such operating parameters as polycondensation time, polycondensation temperature, the flow of N2 sweeping on the molecular weight(Mn)of the product were investigated.According to the experiment results, the molecular weight(Mn)of polycondensate is 1.17 ×105 and Pd is 1.37 under synthesis condition: 220 ℃,9 h,and N2 flow is 1.5 L/min.
