The Practice and Mechanism Innovation of Practical Teaching in the Cooperation between Colleges and Enterprises——Research on the Pattern of Practical Teaching in Management Specialty of Chongqing Technology and Business University

The practical teaching of college management specialty students is very important in teaching link.This paper analyses the problems of practical teaching,such as the arrangement of practice field work is not well-timed,the supervision is difficult because the trainee students are scattered in different companies,the targets of practice field work are unclear.The reasons are as follows:the reform of management system tears apart the relationship between colleges and enterprises;the increase enrollment leads to the explosion of college students;the time and appropriation budget for practice field work are not sufficient.Based on the above-mentioned analysis,this paper proposes some new ideas such as drawing up a plan for educating students in management speciality with the joint efforts of college and enterprises,combining practice teaching and the problem of employment,establishing practice bases on the campus.This paper also argues that in order to construct a long-term mechanism of cooperation-based practical teaching between colleges and enterprises,we need to concern the benefits of the enterprises involved.We need to produce a favorable social environment for practice teaching,too.This empirical study is based on the cases from Chongqing Technology and Business University.
