Abstract
At present the research of proteomics mainly includes three aspects: composite proteomics; difference-demonstrating proteomics, namely comparison proteomics; interactive proteomics. Comparative proteomics is to discover and identify the differences of proteins or protein groups through comparative analysis of different expression of proteomes under different conditions. This article introduces the content and related techniques of proteomics research.
