Abstract

This article introduces the background and the role of TV broadcasting information management system. This system is developed for providing a simplii ed process of sending complete information of TV programs to the broadcasting system with timely notice, thus realizing a closed management of the TV programs transmission. The system is proved to be able to increase the timeliness and the stability of TV programs transmission, which provides a guarantee of safety broadcast.
