Abstract
This paper used questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics and to study experimentally the performance of university high level athletes under different goal orientation teaching and training means, and to discuss the effects of goal orientation to sports studying performance. The result reveals that: more on learning goal orientation(objectives and tasks involvements),not to less score goal orientation)(Self involvement) the study results are clearly superior to those from score goal orientation.Meanwhile, the students could experience more happiness in doing sports. The result provides us with theoretical and practical base to improve the education function of competitive sports.
