Abstract
For the both input-based and output-based DEA model,it is different from existent references,in this paper that evaluation indexes may take negative value, the assessed decision making unit(DMU) may be not one of the given DMUs,and this model is not established from multi-objective programming model.Besides there are three theorems on this model, therefore we know the sufficient condition on existence of optimal solution, then, after solving this model we can discriminate DEA efficiency of DMU meanwhile calculate its relative efficiency, and we can calculate its project on DEA relative efficient frontier.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
