Abstract
The title compound(C23H26BrNO2) has been synthesized by the reaction of 4-bromobenzaldehyde and 5,5-dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dione with NH4OAc under solvent-free condition at 80 ℃.And its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal is orthorhombic,space group Pna2(1) with Mr=428.36,a=1.408 9 nm,c=1.085 6(3) nm,V=2.154 7(9) nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.320 g/cm3, μ=1.924 mm-1,F(000)=888.The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by the method of full-matrix least squares to the final R=0.040 2 and Rw=0.069 9.
