Abstract

The results of weed control tests in the transplanted rice field showed that: among the tested 3 dosages, the application of 750 g/hm2 Bensulfuron methyl · Mefenacet WP had the best control effect on the 5 kinds of weeds, and its control effect was more than 92.8% on the 14th day after spraying. The control effect of applying 750 g/hm2 Bensulfuron methyl · Mefenacet WP on Echinochloa crusgalli was similar with that of applying 750 g/hm2 Mefenacet(check phytocide). In comparison with applying the check herbicide Bensulfuron methyl at the dosage of 225 g/hm2,applying 750 g/hm2 Bensulfuron methyl · Mefenacet WP had nearly same control effects on broad-leaf weeds, such as Rotala indica,Eleocharis yokoscensis and so on,it also had good control effect on Cyperus difformis, and it could obtain 11.1% higher rice yield than CK.
