The first decade of the 21st century has witnessed a popularity of history with the aid of the media of the television,the network and the publication.Those who engage in this trend usually are non-professional persons and the target readers or audience are the common citizens.In a sense,this trend has promoted the socialization of historical knowledge.However,the trend has also caused some problems because it constantly caters to the market demands with the destruction of some basic principles for historical research and some suspicious theories in vogue.These problems require serious considerations to ensure the healthly development of this trend.
