Abstract
The nano-particle layered double hydroxides(LDHs) was synthesized by solid state reaction at room temperature and modified by means of hydrothermal method. The phase, morphology and particle size of the products were characterized by XRD,SEM,FT-IR and TG-DTA.The results showed that after hydrothermal treatment, products particles appear regular hexagonal plates structure which change from irregular aggregates, crystal structure become more stable and the dispersion properties of products are also improved. This is a general method to obtain nano-layered double hydroxides with uniform size, regular shape and high yields.
