Abstract
Aim To investigate the bioavailability of genistein capsule in rats. Methods Concentrations in plasma were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The 3P87 program was used to calculate the pharmacokinetic parameters. Results Genistein’s main pharmacokinetics parameters were as follows:AUC=3.318μg·ml -1 ·h -1 ,MRT=20.335h,C max =0.206 7μg·ml -1 ,t peak =4h.Its bioavailability was 56.49%.Conclusion This study will provide a scientific basis for the quality evaluation and dosage forms reformation of Genistein Capsule.
