Clinical Observation on Huamoyan Keli and Infrared Ray for the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective To observe therapeutic effect of Huamoyan Keli and infrared ray for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Randomized controlled method,157 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients were divided into experimental and control groups.Experimental group,75 cases of patients with synovitis particles while giving the infrared adjuvant therapy,the control group,77 cases of simple application of infrared therapy,and to evaluate its efficacy and safety.Results Two drugs have good efficacy in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee,taking into account the degree of pain points(VAS),clinical symptom score improvement rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically analyzed significance(P0.05).Conclusion Clinical trial fully proved,The synovitis particles combined with infrared auxiliary treatment of knee osteoarthritis local pain and limited mobility of the exact effect prominent effect in improving knee function,and the rapid onset of adverse reactions,the use ofconvenient,worthy of promotion.
