Abstract

Objective To investigete the efficacy and safety of the radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA)for the treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) accompanied with organic cardiovascular disease.Methods Twenty-four patients with RSVT and organic cardiovascular disease were all treated with RFCA and followedup.Results The RFCA made on the patients selected were all successful.Conclusion RFCA can be used on the organic cardiovascular patients with PSVT.
