Abstract
At present the method of city house design——closed housing micropolis,hardly can be changed in our country,much tradition design procedures lets person cannot exceed,also impossibly,so the dwelling house is similar from external to structure.Habitancy need already not have accorded with life-style of modern urban resident,being able to satisfy people neither in many aspect,such dwelling house form.If design procedures do not improve,to a certain extent,it can affect resident habitancy condition and block a city developing.This article try to analyse the creation and development of the advanced dwelling house designs in abroad,hope to explore more rational design ideas and design methods,to realize the urban resident idealization dwelling house.
