Construction of the Anti-corruption Legal System with Chinese Characteristics

Abstract

Corruption is the biggest evil for the social harmony. Anti-corruption as a major political task is vital to the survival of the Party and the government.The development of the times requires lawful fight against corruption and on the premises establishment of the anti-corruption legal system with Chinese characteristics.Through joining or signing the international conventions or regional conventions against corruption,a comprehensive anti-corruption code should be constituted.The relevant laws and regulations should be revised and improved timely and the local anti-corruption legislative process be promoted.
