Abstract
When investigating the reform model of rural land ownership, researchers hold ravious opinions judging from the defects of rural collective land ownership system. These opinions mainly involve such as follows: canceling rural collective land ownership system while carrying out rural land privatization ; replacing rural collective land ownership with nationalization; setting up mixed ownership system or multiple ownership system that realize the coexistence of state, collective and farmers. The paper advocates to keep rural collective land ownership system and make furthur improvement on it.
