Abstract

Objective:To establish a method of bacterial endotoxing test for injection of mitomgcin-c.Methods:To study and test bacterial endotoxing under the guiding ideology of China codex Pharmacopoeia Edition 2000.Results:Bacterial endotoxin test could be used for injection of mitomgcin-c with 0.25 EU/ml TAL.Conclusion:Bacterial endotoxin test could be used for injection of mitomgcin-c.
