Research on Mechanism of Social Capital's Effect

Based on the concept and the structure of social capital,first three approaches that west scholars do studies from are put forward,which include social responsibility and ethics,corporate governance and intellectual capital.Then from the point of the intellectual capital approach,how corporate is impacted by social capital is studied.At the end of this study,the authors propose the future development of social capital is to study it in intellectual capital more absolutely.
