Abstract
Taking the corporate governance of banks differed from the traditional corporate governance as the break point,this article firstly carries on the analysis to the specificity of bank creditor's right governance,as the bank creditor governance deficiencies and supervision issues are all caused by it.Secondly,in accordance with the relevant corporate governance theory,the government's administrative intervention and protection are the ultimate reasons for the mechanisms deficiencies of commercial bank creditor's right governance.Finally,this paper points out that we should establish reasonable internal control mechanism and consummate external supervision system in order to improve the corporate governance of the commercial banks.
