Abstract
In order to study the effect of N application rate on the yield, nutrient uptake of maize and inorganic nitrogen of soil,a field experiment treated with different N application rates was conducted on the southern upland in 2010.The results showed that different fertilizer treatments had greater influence on the yield of maize seed, the yield gradually increased with increasing of N application. The total N content of maize plant and maize seed obviously increased with increasing of the N application amount, but different N application treatments had little influence on the total P and total K of maize seed, and the total P content of maize plant decreased with increasing of the N application amount;different N application treatments had greater influence on the N-NO-3 content of 0-100 cm soil, the N-NO-3 content gradually increased with increasing of N application,N-NO-3 content gradually decreased with increasing of the soil depth;Different N application treatments had influence on the N-NH+4 content of 0-100 cm soil, but the N-NH+4 content of different treatments did not changed distinctly, and the N-NH+4 content of different soil depths did not changed distinctly also.
