Abstract
We established an animal model of Plasmodium yoelii-Anopheles stephensi-mammal for the following experiments. In 2 h,12 h,24 h,48 h,72 h,the total RNA of liver and macrophagus from rat infected by Plasmodium yoelii sporozoites were extracted. Then we quantitatively analyzed the expression of B7.1,B7.2,IFN-γ,TGF-β mRNA by RT-PCR.The result indicated that the transcription of B7.2,IFN-γ,TGF-β of rat infected with Plasmodium yoelii sporozoites were up-regulated,while B7.1 remained steadily. The changes of B7.2,TGF-β,IFN-γ mRNA expression suggested these genes were likely involved in the mammal host immune system and related regulations after the rat was infected by Plasmodium yoelii sporozoites.
