Abstract

In pace with deep study of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,people have understood further about biological characteristics of umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cell,and its expansion and differentiation in vitro.In recent years,many researchers have isolated,and made a large number related research.This paper had summarized about studing condition of mesenchymal stem cell from umbilical cord blood in recent years at home and abroad,especially biological characteristics of umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cell,and its expansion and differentiation in vitro.
