Abstract

With cheap price zinc oxide as raw material, precursor basic zinc carbonate is synthesized by direct precipitation. Active nanometer zinc oxide is then prepared by kilning and decomposition .TG-DTA experiment indicates that , the precursor is basic zinc carbonate, XRD experiment indicates that, the estimated particle size is 90nm and the gas sensitive property 17.8.
