Abstract
It is the common trend in the teachers' educational reform of a developed country to promote the teachers' professional level based on the ideas of the teachers' specialization;Furthering the teachers' educational specialization,strenghening the training of the teachers' professional theory and skills,advancing the specialization of the teachers' training mode,enhancing the development of the teachers' professional spirit,and reinforcing the integration of the teachers' eduation are the specific measures that the reform can be implemented and the teachers' educational specialization can be peomoted in the developed country;it is impreative to advance the teachers' specialization in a primary school and a middle school of China based on the ideas of the teachers' specialization.
