Abstract
Based on an empirical Study of 252 listed enterprises in China' s stock market,the paper examined the relationship between underwriter' s reputation and IPO underpricing.The results show that: the reputation of underwriter hasn' t been fully employed under the sponsor and checking system and the off-line allotment proportion reflecting the inquiry system promotes the efficiency of IPO-market.
