Abstract
The application method of cytoplasmic male sterile line was researched.The result showed that the treatment to inbred line and male sterile line in seeds production had the effect on yield-increasing and the mechanism of the yielding-increasing in restorer-sterile single-hybrids and sterility male-sterile single-hybrids was same.So,both the male sterile and artificial emasculation can improve yield.
