Abstract
The focus of global economy changed from goods trade to high-tech trade,which plays significant role in Chinese being rapid economic development.Based on the empirical study on the statistics data from 1991 to 2003,the paper discussed its role,and analyzed the open de- gree and international Competitiveness,as well as the cause of low contribution of high-tech trade on economy growth.The paper finally put forward some countermeasures.
