Abstract
With the industrial development by modularization and industrial chain by refinement,industrial transfer in the fourth international wave showed the experience and tendency of industrial transfer by clusters,under the influence of worldwide industrial structure adjustment.This paper expounded the contents and causes for the transfer of industrial clusters,and analyzed the characteristics of the 4 waves for international industrial transfer,as well as the regularity of clustery transfer.Based on the analysis of courses and characteristics for China's international industrial transfer,it can be considered that the occurrence and development of China's regional industrial transfer already have well industrial support and institutional environment,moreover,the transfer of industrial clusters will be the future trend of China's regional industrial transfer mode.
