Abstract
Infliximab, a mouse / human chimeric antibody comprising a mouse variable region and a human IgG1 constant region, used for immune-mediated inflammatory disorders nowadays is a new biologic agent binding specifically to human tumor necrosis factor alpha.Then researchers found infliximab also has satisfactory therapeutic effect on psoriasis.Recently scientists found infliximab could induce psoriasis when it was used for immune-mediated inflammatory disorders.The phenomenon that infliximab which is used for psoriasis can also cause psoriasis is being reviewed herein.
