Abstract
The acute toxicities of 16 chlorinated aromatic compounds to Selenastrum capricornutum were determined; and the relationships between their chemical structures and activity were investigated based on quantum chemical descriptors. Furthermore, it was proved by using Leave-One-Out tests that the prediction model was stable. It could be concluded that TE was the key parameter in determining the toxicity of this group of compounds to Selenastrum capricornutum; and the key steps included transformation process and biocheatal reaction.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
