Abstract
Objective To extract and identify the active chemical constituents of Wujincao . Methods Silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH 20 gel column chromatography were used to separate the active chemical constituents from Wujincao . The structures of the monomers thus obtained were identified with physicochemical and spectrum analyses. Results 4 active chemical constituents were separated from Wujincao and their structures identified named AristololactamⅠ, 9 methoxyaristololactamⅣ, β sitosterol and 1 octacosanol. Conclusion 4 active chemical compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time.
