Abstract
Virtual prototyping technology is used to designed wingfoldable mechanism system.Firstly, the 3D model of the wingfoldable sidedoors and operation system is built up by applying the software UG.The multi-rigid bodies virtual prototype machine is also built for the mechanism system by means of the dynamic simulation software ADAMS.The numerical simulation and parameterized analysis are performed for dynamic behaviors of the sidedoor and the mechanism components by the model. Finally,by FEM,structural strength of typical parts in the operation mechanism is analyzed and optimized. All what have been done to provide a base for further development of the physical prototyping of the operation mechanism.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
