Meaning world of Ji Xiang

The present article investigates the role of Xiang Ci Ji in Wang Yangming's theory of mind,holding the view that it is the initial thought in constructing mind theory system after Wang Yangming's realizing the doctrines of Confucianism at Longchang and that it can be regarded as the prelude to the subsequent coming out of Achievement of Innate Knowledge.In Xiang Ci Ji,the idea of There is no man who can not be educated is the development of Mencius' thought of Men are born good,education is the soul education,and it can be interpreted as subject education and object education.The thoughts in Xiang Ci Ji basically exist on the dimension of moral cognition,such as Love everything about somebody,Appoint men by Shun Shan,Educate men by Shun Shan and Human nature is born good.The spiritual essence of Ji Xiang reflected in Xiang Ci Ji,of which the more important lies in the dimension of its meaning world.Based on the analysis from different perspective related to religion,throwing light on the meaning of human life existence,which is essentially authentic connotations containing behind the Ji Xiang.
