:The concept of phytoremdiation of heavy metal-contaminated soil is introduced in this paper, development status of phytoremediation of heavy metal-contaminated soil inside and outside are reviewed, and the mechamisms of phytoremediation are discussed. Bsides, the developmental trend of phytoremediation is put for forward.
